1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, purchasing or using any service from ITZOONE (www.itzoone.com, shop.itzoone.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2. Services

ITZOONE provides domain registration, shared & WordPress hosting, VPS, cloud hosting, business email, SSL certificates and related add-ons. Specific features, resource limits and prices are described on the corresponding product page.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current information at registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old or represent a legally registered business.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to host or distribute:

• Illegal content, malware, phishing, spam or bulk unsolicited email.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates Indian law.
• Adult content involving minors, hate speech, or content promoting violence.
• Cryptocurrency mining, torrent trackers, or resource-abusive scripts on shared hosting.
• Anything that overloads shared infrastructure or harms other customers.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. Payments, Renewals & Taxes

• All prices are in INR (unless stated) and exclusive of GST, which is charged as per Indian law.
• Services renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Failure to pay a renewal invoice may result in suspension and eventual deletion of data or domain.

6. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN, the relevant registry and our upstream registrar. Once registered, domains are non-refundable and subject to registry redemption/renewal grace-period rules.

7. Service Level & Uptime

We target 99.9% network uptime. Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, DDoS attacks, upstream provider failures, or customer actions is excluded from any SLA credit calculation.

8. Backups

We may take courtesy backups but do not guarantee backup availability or completeness. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or abuse. Upon termination, data may be permanently deleted after 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITZOONE's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue or business.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ITZOONE harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
